A young badger stands watch outside of its den while mom is out hunting for food. This den was located in the Lamar Valley in Yellowstone, NP. The Lamar is often refered to as the Serengeti of North America because of the large abundance of wildlife. The mega fauna of Bison, Elk, Pronghorn, Grizzly Bear, Black Bear, Grey Wolf, and Coyote inhabit this area with their small friends.
